At Livretten - Danish Favorites, classic Danish open-faced sandwiches are offered with a modern twist. The chef also prepares a selection of classic Danish dishes. The selection changes with the seasons.

The owner of the kitchen is the experienced restaurateur Allan Thallaug, known as the founder of several several local succesful restaurants.
