Husbryggeriet's take on a west coast IPA with a solid "hop forward" hop profile that stimulates both the nose and the sense of taste. "Hop forward" means that the balance between the sweetness from the malt and the bitterness from the hops has been pushed in favor of a solid shot of hops that tickles both mouth and nose. Jacobsen Yakima IPA is brewed with as many as four different types of hops, which give a good, astringent bite of hops with a good long aftertaste - at the same time with an exotic, fresh and slightly sour scent of tropical fruits
